Masters students from University
of Tasmania and Griffith University begin creating real-world problems.
Students will describe a music learning context and music learning
problem that arises from their own professional experience. These
will be posted online. Students will also have to 'solve' their music
learning problems and interact with one another using the website. |
| April |
Students will complete an online questionnaire
about their findings. Approaches to student learning will be monitored,
evaluated and refined. |
| June |
Project team will meet to evaluate
and refine approaches to student learning and academic collaborative
relationships across the sites in response to student and staff feedback. |
| August - October |
Pre-service teachers from the University
of Southern Queensland (USQ) and Deakin University will begin using
the website as part of their learning and assessment. Students will
need to provide solutions to the problems posted by teachers, comment
on discussions associated with these problems and reflect on the possible
solutions. Students will regularly reflect on their experience by
writing in an online journal. Implement refined strategies across
all four university sites in Australia for generalist and music education
students. |
